TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Stock Availability

We do try to ensure that we have stocks of products. However predicting demand is not an exact science and some products may sell faster than we predict.

If an item is temporarily out of stock we will do our best to get it for you quickly.

We will let you know by email or phone if there is likely to be a significant delay in the dispatch of your order. If we cannot get the item for you we will cancel your order and email or phone you immediately to inform you.

Tents are particularly vulnerable to fluctuations in availability and we advise you to contact us by phone before placing an order so that we give you up to date information.

Prices

We aim to accurately show the correct price for goods at all times. If for any reason we have made an error we will notify you of the correct price at the time of ordering – before we process your order.

Payment

We accept most credit and debit cards (not American Express online). Please note that your address must be the address to which your card is being registered ( you can still have your goods shipped to a different address by filling in the appropriate boxes in the checkout process).

We do not accept cheques for online and mail order purchases – because of the additional cost and time involved in processing them.

Sizing

The sizing of some products notably footwear and clothing does vary between styles and manufacturers. If you are in any doubts regarding sizing we recommend that you contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to advise.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is free of charge on all purchases. This applies to mainland UK (but excluding the Highlands of Scotland) – sorry but the cost to us is much higher).

For customers in the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland etc please contact us and we will advise on the postage cost that will apply to your order. Please note this be at cost less the normal cost to mainland addresses.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day we receive them – subject to availability and payment authorisation.

If we have any problem with your order we will email you immediately with further information.

Please allow 5 working days for delivery, however many items will be delivered within 24 or 48 hours.

We currently use Parcelforce and Royal Mail for deliveries. On most items a signature will be required on receipt.

If you require a next day delivery – please contact us and we will normally be able to arrange for a small additional charge.

International deliveries can be arranged – please contact us for details of cost and delivery times. For international orders we can only send goods to the registered credit card billing address.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return any non faulty, unused goods within 28 days for a exchange or refund – provided that in our opinion they are complete with the packaging, labels, your receipt and in ‘as new’ condition. We do not offer refunds on your post and packaging costs and we will charge you the postage cost to send exchanged items. We cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us ( we suggest some form of insurance/ certificate of postage or similar).

Please note we do not accept returns of non faulty items that have been specially ordered for you.

Faulty goods can be returned at any time – but please contact us first on 0129825824 or email us.

Please note that the final decision as to whether the goods are faulty (as opposed to the result of normal wear and tear) rests with the manufacturer. In many cases we will send the product back to the manufacturer and await their decision – this process may take up to 4 weeks.

All returns of used items especially and footwear must be clean (including the tread of boot soles) and dry. Items returned otherwise will not be dealt with or handled.

To enable us to deal with your return please include the following details :

  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Your Telephone No. (Daytime where possible)
  • Order details (approximate date of purchase / receipt)
  • Problem with the goods
  • What you wish to be done about

Privacy
